Refund Policy 

General Policy At Allied Building and Construction Services LLC, we take pride in our craftsmanship and mastery. Because our work involves custom construction and labor, refunds are handled according to the following terms:

Services and Labor All fees for professional labor and services rendered are non-refundable. Once work has been performed according to the signed estimate, the labor portion of the contract is considered earned.

Deposits Deposits are used to secure your project date and purchase initial materials.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your project before any materials are ordered or work has mobilized, your deposit may be refunded minus a 5%  administrative fee.

  • Commencement: Once materials are ordered or work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

Materials

  • Special Orders: Custom items (such as cabinetry, windows, or non-stock fixtures) are non-refundable once the order is placed.

  • Stock Items: Returns on standard, unused materials are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and any applicable restocking fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues through our professional craftsmanship warranty rather than a monetary refund.
